LILO-Splash-Screen Script-Fu is a script for the GIMP which helps you create fancy splash screens for use with LILO (and the boot-logo patch). It converts an RGB image to an indexed one, selecting appropriate colors for the image and a special region of interest (the current selection) where the boot menu shall reside. This is done by first duplicating the selection and its inversion, converting both to indexed images, then adding a modified color palette (ADD/SUB) required for the menu bar, and finally recombining all palette colors into a single 256 color palette.
The Milonic DHTML Website Navigation Menu is a fully cross-browser DHTML navigational script that works on IE4+, Netscape 4+, Opera 5+, Mozilla, Konquerer, and Safari. Written in JavaScript, it is fully configurable with many features, including scrollable menus, scroll bars for long menus, delayed menu opening for more accuracy, and unlimited sub-menu depth.
FrAid (Fr[actal] Aid) is a programming language that is appropriate for mathematical computations, visualization, batch processing, and more. It features both a standalone application that provides a programming environment for the language and a system for integrating the language with Java. The Java interface allows mathematical equations and formulas to be used with Java code, making it easier to process numerical computations, symbolic computations, imaging, CAD, and more.
PostScript::CDCover generates a Postscript program that prints a CD cover and backlabel, with contents displayed as a tree of directories and files. The module ships with a stand-alone, ready-to-use script, pscdcover, that takes the directory tree of a CD-ROM as input and generates a cover from it. The output can be directly fed to a PostScript printer, but it is designed to be easily editable (should one wish to remove unwanted directory entries, for example).
This is the full source release of the "equalize_it" C=64 music disk, scripted in TKS and powered by EQU, SidPlay2, SDL, libpng, zlib, and OpenGL. C-Cramp (the C-Cramp College Radio Audio Management Program) is a Web-based frontend to MySQL for managing the types of things that small radio stations might need: audio files, data, and "metadata"; DJ and staff information, schedules, live music and program logs, and all sorts of other data. Currently, a cross-platform PHP application is the focus of the project, but more features and types of programs are planned that will hopefully enable easier playback, storage, loading, and entering for all types of applicable data.
AgileGallery is a photo gallery that processes the XML output from Picasa, generates paging and thumbnails, and displays the full sized photos along with any captions entered in Picasa. AgileGallery presently comes in two flavors: one that uses AJAX for the interface and one that uses Flash. AgileGallery does not require any server-side technology to generate photo galleries.
