YaCy is a search engine that anyone can use to index the Internet (WWW and FTP) or to create a search portal for others (Internet or intranet). The scale of YaCy is limited only by the number of users. and can index billions of web pages. In P2P mode it is fully decentralized. All users of the search engine network are equal and it is not possible for anyone to censor the content of the distributed index.
RivetTracker is a modified version of PHPBTTracker. This program provides the same functionality as most other bittorrent trackers and uses MySQL as the database backend. It improves on PHPBTTracker by adding a more robust installer, a centralized administration page with authentication, and more detailed statistics on users connected to the tracker.
Ampache is a Web-based audio file manager. It allows you to view, edit, and play your audio files via the Web. It has support for playlists, artist and album views, album art, random play, playback via HTTP with on-the-fly transcoding and downsampling, vote based playback, playback via MPD and Icecast, an integrated Flash player, and per-user themes and song play tracking. You can also link multiple Ampache servers together using XML-RPC. Ampache supports gettext translations and has full translations into many languages.
ErgoDataGrid is a PHP datagrid for Web and B2B applications. It has large database support, multi-field sorting, more options filtering, data reloading in real-time, multi-language support, and many other features. It works with Apache/PHP/MySQL and is AJAX-enabled. It is compatible with IE, Firefox, and Opera.
NASLite is a Network Attached Storage (NAS) server operating system designed to transform a basic computer into a dedicated file server. Utilizing highly optimized versions of Samba, uCLibc, BusyBox, and various other Linux tools, it provides SMB/CIFS, FTP, or NFS filesystem support. It accommodates multiple client OSes: Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux. NASLite offers SMART disk monitoring and large file support, and is incredibly easy to install and administer.
Oliver (formerly "WebShare") is a PHP-based FTP front-end, released under the GPL. It allows people to access files normally only available via FTP, effectively providing users with a complete Web-based file management system that, if SSL is enabled on the Web server, uses a single secure connection. This makes it far simpler to use through a firewall. At present, Oliver has only been tested with ProFTPd and PureFTPd but it should work with many others.
uTorrent.py is a Python module for accessing the interface exposed by the uTorrent Web UI. Current features include getting and setting uTorrent parameters, viewing information and statistics on torrents and files, and setting torrent state and file priorities. Small example utilities are included. Note that the download file is a 7zip archive, not a PNG image.
