f2w helpdesk is a Web-based helpdesk package. It allows requests to be categorised to an arbitrary level of detail using a expert-system-like question and answer method. Advice and problem-specific information can be associated with the request categories, thus building up a knowledge base to speed the resolution of frequently occurring problems. Users can also add their own tasks, thus using it as a todo list or for workflow within teams, and notes can be added to each request at any time.
Archetypes is a framework for developing new content types in Plone. Formulator is a flexible, extensible framework for the creation and validation of web forms in Zope. Web forms can be created with a web-based management interface. When a form is submitted, many common validations, such as testing for required fields or certain types of input, can be automated.
Fle3 is a Web-based learning environment. More specifically, it is a server program for computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL). The Fle3 Knowledge Building tool allows groups to carry out dialogues, theory building, and debates by storing their thoughts into a shared database. While knowledge building, groups may use knowledge types (also called thinking types) to scaffold and structure their dialogues. Fle3 WebTops can be used to store items such as files and notes, organize them in folders, and share them with others. The Fle3 Jamming tool is a shared space for collaborative construction of multimedia data.

You can easily embed charts or maps. You can create specific actions. You can adapt the application behaviour based on the user access rights and roles in a very granular way. You can import/export your application structure and/or your application data over HTTP between remote servers.
ZShellScripts extends Zope scripting by allowing developers to interface with other language interpreters. It currently supports Python, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Lisp, and Unix (Bash) scripts which can be executed from within Zope with semi-transparent access to Zope's variables and objects. It is designed to encourage people to invent new ways to deal with Zope and its object database by providing a common base infrastructure.

XPath Methods allows XPath queries on ParsedXML XML documents (and possibly other DOM implementations) in Zope. XPath is a relatively simple but still quite powerful query language used to address portions of XML documents. When you call an XPath Method you will retrieve a set of DOM nodes which you can then display in a Web page using DTML or ZPT, or which you can issue operations upon using, for instance, Python scripts.
