A high-quality 2D renderer is included, which provides a subset of SVG capabilities. C, C++, Perl, Tcl, and Ruby are supported. Originally based on ImageMagick, GraphicsMagick focuses on performance, minimizing bugs, and providing stable APIs and ABIs. It runs on all modern variants of Unix, Windows, and Mac OS X.
Fast Artificial Neural Network Library is a neural network library that implements multilayer artificial neural networks in C with support for both fully connected and sparsely connected networks. Cross-platform execution in both fixed and floating point are supported. It includes a framework for easy handling of training data sets. It is easy to use, versatile, well documented, and fast. C++, Perl, PHP, .NET, Python, Delphi, Octave, Pure Data, and Mathematica bindings are available. Sablotron is an XML toolkit which implements XSLT, DOM, and XPath. Sablotron is written in C++, and it can be used from C, Perl, Python, PHP, ObjectPascal, and via a command line interface. It supports the XSLT 1.0, XPath 1.0, and DOM Level 2 W3C specifications. It is designed to be as compact and portable as possible, and is maintained as an Open Source project by Ginger Alliance.
basE91 is an advanced method for encoding binary data as ASCII characters. It is similar to UUencode or base64, but is more efficient. The overhead produced by basE91 depends on the input data. It amounts at most to 23% (versus 33% for base64) and can range down to 14%, which typically occurs on 0-byte blocks. This makes basE91 very useful for transferring larger files over binary unsafe connections like e-mail or terminal lines.
LAN Management System (LMS) is a set of database-driven applications capable of managing multiple networks of computers and customers. phpass is a portable password hashing framework for use in PHP applications. The preferred (most secure) hashing method supported by phpass is the OpenBSD-style bcrypt (known in PHP as CRYPT_BLOWFISH), with a fallback to BSDI-style extended DES-based hashes (known in PHP as CRYPT_EXT_DES), and a last resort fallback to an MD5-based variable iteration count password hashing method implemented in phpass itself.
php_template is a very fast and easy to use PHP template rendering system. It can create large amounts of data quickly, given a simple template. It supports dynamic data tags for things like table data and lists, optional tags for conditional data presentation, and simple variable tags.
