LabKey Server is open source software that helps scientists manage, analyze, and share complex datasets. It supports tandem mass spectrometry, flow cytometry, assays for neutralizing antibodies, Luminex, observational studies, and secure, Web-based collaboration. The software is modular, configurable, and customizable. It can be installed in your institution on any modern hardware and operating system. It is designed to integrate with your existing systems, instruments, and work flows, and to be readily adapted by skilled programmers to novel methods of inquiry. The project is under active development by a team of professional software engineers and a community of active contributors. New versions are released about four times per year.
qTunes is a modular music player designed to be simple to install, configure, and use, with a small footprint for low-power systems. qTunes features an AJAX Web interface using Extjs, which can easily handle over 40000 tracks with searching and sorting. It supports multiple zones, allowing you to play different songs in different areas simultaneously. It can stream to Apple Airport devices, including synchronizing over multiple Airports. It uses the DAAP protocol to share music with iTunes. It uses the DACP protocol to allow the player to be remotely controlled by the Apple Remote.app available on iPhone and iPad. qTunes currently plays MP3 and MP4 only, but its modular design allows easy plugin of support for AAC and other formats.
todoyu is a powerful project and task management system. The core features are project handling, time tracking, time sheets, resource management, calendar, customizable reporting, keeping track of communication and decisions, invoicing directly from tracked time, and address management of customers and employees. It improves billing accuracy and timeliness, and removes risk from the billing process. A todoyu customer's clients get visibility into the project work done on their behalf. The system is extensible with additional modules. The system is completely Web based and translated in 12 languages.

WebGL Earth is an application enabling you to explore, zoom, and “play” with a 3D globe directly in a Web browser on any platform including mobile devices, without a plugin. It supports detailed street-level data (via OpenStreetMap), detailed aerial imagery (via Bing Maps), and any other custom maps that are available in popular Mercator tiles (prepared by MapTiler, GDAL2Tiles, TileCache, GeoWebCache, OGC WMS, or OGC WMTS). It is written in JavaScript using the HTML5 Canvas tag with the WebGL extension. The code uses the Closure Library and Compiler, which is the same library that is behind GMail.
