Groovy is an agile, dynamic language for the JVM which combines many features from languages like Python, Ruby, and Smalltalk and makes them available to Java developers using a Java-like syntax. It is designed to help get things done on the Java platform in a quicker, more concise, and fun way. It can be used as an alternative compiler to javac to generate standard Java bytecode to be used by any Java project or it can be used dynamically as an alternative language, such as for scripting Java objects, templating, or writing unit test cases.
Java iCal Group Scheduler enables several users to get together for a meeting, by using JICAL to translate their iCalendar files into their available free/busy time and post it automatically to your Web server. This project enables Ximian Evolution desktop users to book meetings with each other (and Outlook users) via a Web server storing their 'Free/Busy' information as specified in RFC2445. It works with Evolution, Korganiser, Apple iCal, and MS Outlook (for meetings), and enhances your workgroup and personal calendar views. Shell scripts for converting to various image formats are also included.

Bossa is a workflow engine written in Java. The engine is very fast and lightweight, uses a very expressive Petri net notation to define workflows, does not require a RDBMS, and is very simple to use and integrate with Java applications. Actually, it was designed to be embedded. Therefore, Bossa is organized as a library to be used by server-side applications (especially Web-oriented ones) that need workflow services.
The Java Application Monitor (JAMon) is a free, simple, high performance, thread safe, Java API that allows developers to easily monitor production applications. JAMon can be used to determine application performance bottlenecks, user/application interactions, and application scalability. JAMon gathers summary statistics such as hits, execution times (total, average, minimum, maximum, standard deviation), and simultaneous application requests. JAMon statistics are displayed in the sortable JAMon report.
HBCI4Java is a Java library for the HBCI home banking interface. It supports almost all aspect of the HBCI versions 2.01, 2.1, 2.2, HBCI+ and FinTS-3.0 (with PIN/TAN support). Its API is very application-oriented, so no knowledge about HBCI is required. The HBCI client package can be used to develop applications using HBCI features. The HBCI server package can be used to develop your own HBCI servers. This may be useful for credit institutes or software developers who want to setup their own HBCI test server.
Morcego is a 3D graph browser for viewing and navigating any graph-like structure. Examples of such structures include social networks, site maps, hierarchies, and genealogy trees. It currently only support simple graphs. It's already integrated into TikiWiki. Morcego is not meant to provide a solution for the end user, but to be embedded in a Web application by developers. It's a Java applet that communicates with an XML-RPC server to load the graph that is displayed.
