Skrooge is a personal finances manager powered by KDE. It allows you to keep track of your expenses and income, categorize them, and build reports. You can also manage your investments and see how they perform over time. Multiple accounts are supported. Some of the features included are advanced graphical reports, tabs that help you to organize your work, infinite undo/redo (even after the file was closed), instant filtering on operations and reports, infinite category levels, mass update operations, scheduled operations, tracking of refunds, automatic processing based on search conditions, and support for multiple currencies.
Budgest is a Web application designed to manage budgets, for small to wide structures. Based on a double tree-structure (entity/nature), it allows the creation of annual or rolling slices budgets. It can import accounting data and allows the creation of dynamic reports to follow real-time evolution between account data and budget. A transverse view allows grouping of entities with no hierarchical relations (for example marketing departments of international companies). It supports users, groups, data versioning, and CSV import and export.

The Amberdms Billing System is a Web application that provides accounting, invoicing, service billing, and time keeping functions. It is designed for small and medium businesses. This program is developer-friendly with a SOAP API, as well as being appropriate for ISPs with service usage billing features.
SAFE stands for Service and Administration Front End. It is a basic Web-based application that allows small companies to perform invoicing tasks, both one-off invoices and recurring services (subscriptions). Subscriptions can be entered with a price per month, per quarter, or per year. Invoice lines can be joined together by your company administrator into an invoice. That invoice can then be downloaded in PDF format, printed, and sent to the customer. SAFE is meant to allow non-techical people to work with the invoicing system, so simplicity is key.
