phpFeed is a system for retrieving and displaying RDF and RSS site summary files without requiring a database. Updating is done either on-the-fly when the page is loaded, or scheduled via a cron job. The layout and style of the display is fully configurable, and the configuration file itself is XML.
PyleWiki is a WikiClone written entirely in Python that allows a group of people to collaboratively edit a tree of webpages using nothing but their browser and a simple, text-based markup language. This particular WikiClone has a few extensions to the original: attachments to pages, user authentication (primitive), and the use of templates for page styling among others.
rb.log is a full-featured weblogger written in Ruby. It features file uploads, comments, blog- rolling, side-bar editing, bookmarklets, the Blogger API, searching, RSS syndication, and archives. It also performs well on slower machines by regenerating static pages after posts are made.
sadlittlewebjournal is a Weblog written in Perl that utilizes PostgreSQL or MySQL and a straightforward ASCII interface. Site maintenance is done via an intuitive backend that allows one to add, delete, and modify previous entries. Other features include an integrated guestbook, a Web stat chart complete with ASCII bar graphs, and various other modularized features.
safox is a simple PHP API for XML handling. It merges the DOM approach with XML, and it provides a simple, object-oriented API for PHP-based XML generation, parsing, manupilation, and traversal. SAFOX provides a generation package and a package that parses XML documents and returns objects.
