ezmlm-www provides a Web interface to ezmlm mailing list archives. It is MIME compliant (with HTML rendering, attachment handling, inline images), multilingual (English, Spanish, Italian, German, Brasilian Portuguese, French, and Norwegian), and customizable using a stylesheet. It also supports vpopmail, message coloring, RSS feeds, and a full-text search engine.
listadmin is a command-line alternative to Mailman's Web interface for administering mailing lists. It allows you to inspect messages or subscription requests, approve or discard them manually, or discard messages automatically when certain conditions are true. listadmin can also be configured to run out of cron to do routine cleaning.

It consists of an object-oriented server connected to a database, and Web, Java, and other (FTP, SMTP, IRC, etc.) clients. PGP or GPG encrypted mails sent to the list are re-encrypted with subscriber keys, allowing for encrypted mail communications without requiring that all users know all other users' keys. Key exchange during list subscription is supported. It requires an existing Ezmlm installation to function.
MailSpammer is a simple mailing list manager for smaller e-mail lists, using procmail and Perl. MailSpammer does not require administrator access, aside from initial setup (creating e-mail aliases), and features subscription, unsubscription, moderation, and archiving. The goal is not to be a majordomo-alike mailing list manager, but instead to provide a lightweight way to handle basic list management tasks.
