dict_pgsql is a dictionary for the mailer postfix. It is able to get all virtual users out of a postgres database; this is very helpful if you have a large number of users who make updates on their aliases quite often. You don't have to extract all the values into system files; the entries will be fetched directly from the database.
eXtended Account Management System (XAMS) allows Administration of Unix, Web, FTP, DNS, and email accounts to manage a provider's typical userbase. Especially focusing on email account management, it enables you to easily create accounts, set aliases, and delegate domain administration to 2nd party resellers or customers. It uses PHP with MySQL or PostgreSQL as a backend, and is therefore able to manage tons of email accounts independently from your Unix/Linux accounts. Exim for SMTP and Courier for POP/IMAP are fully supported, but postfix, Cyrus, and qmail can be used too.
eXtremail manager is a PHP-based SMTP/POP server manager, specifically for the eXtremail server. It offers the server admin many ways to monitor server activity, and add, edit, or delete users and domains. It also allows the main admin to specify admins per domain, which allows those "mini-admins" to administer their own domains, and none of the other ones.
elspy is a layer of glue code that enables you to write Python code to scan email messages at SMTP-time with the Exim MTA (mail transport agent). It also includes a small Python library with common mail-scanning tools, including an interface to SpamAssassin and a simple-but-effective virus detector.
eximstate is a server/client project for monitoring a number of Exim installations. The clients are installed on each of the mailservers running exim and the server runs on the monitoring server. Each client reads the queue on the mail server and sends the total number of messages, the number of frozen message, and the number of bounce messages to the server. The server stores this data and uses RRDtool to make a graphical representations of the data.
fakehermes is a small, lightweight fake SMTP server. It's useful as a way to avoid spam by configuring your domains to point their secondary SMTP server to a fakehermes server. It will log not only the email messages involved, but also how they are trying to send email and whether they should be considered spam or not. This information can be used to "profile" the spammers that send you spam and can allow you to configure or tune other spam filters. It supports SPF and RBL checking.
