CyTV is a streaming solution for elgato's EyeTV family of TV tuners. It allows you to watch TV and recorded programs over a wired or wireless network, and supports EyeTV USB, 200, 300, and 400. EyeTV 410, 500, 610, and Plextor's ConvertX (PX-TV402U) should also work. You can pause and resume live TV on the client ("timeshift"), and you can also change channels remotely.
The CyaSSL embedded SSL library is a lightweight SSL library written in ANSI C and targeted for embedded and RTOS environments, primarily because of its small size, speed, and feature set. It is commonly used in standard operating environments and cloud services as well because of its royalty-free pricing and excellent cross platform support. CyaSSL supports industry standards up to the current TLS 1.2 and DTLS 1.2 levels, is up to 20 times smaller than OpenSSL, and offers progressive ciphers such as HC-128, RABBIT, and NTRU.
Cyclone is a low-level network toolkit that provides support for HTTP 1.1 in an API very similar to the one implemented by the Tornado Web server. It has localization based on gettext with pluralization support, native support for XMLRPC and JSONRPC, native support for WebSockets (drafts 75 and 76), decent support for sending plain text or HTML email with TLS and attachments, built-in support for Redis, and support for HTTP authentication.
Cymbeline is an Python application server framework that includes functionality such as database and arbitrary object pooling, Web servers (including SSL), a persistent object repository, and a text console. It was originally designed as an administrative shell for an embedded system, but has since morphed into a more general purpose, run anywhere toolkit.
D:GameVFS is a minimalist virtual filesystem library for the D programming language oriented at game developers. It provides an easy-to-use API for filesystem-independent file/directory manipulation. It supports basic VFS functionality. Files and directories can be created, read, and written, but not deleted. There are no security features (e.g., D:GameVFS can't handle a situation in which a file it's working with is deleted outside the program).
