snmp2xml is a program to convert snmpget output to XML. The output from snmpget, snmpwalk, or snmpbulkwalk is first filtered to correct for SNMP agent flaws and then processed into XML. This XML can be passed through xmllint to tidy it up or it can be processed by an XQuery or XSLT processor. The XML output represents all the SNMP data such that the original SNMP output can be reproduced if desired with an XSLT stylesheet (which is included). The snmp2xml converter has been tested on 7 SNMP agents: Mac OS X, Apple Time Capsule, the Billion ADSL router, the Huawei S9306 switch, the Foundry/Brocade CES and MLX-4 switches, and the Nortel 425 switch.
spsim is a simple yet realistic diffraction pattern simulator for single particle diffraction experiments, as those made possible with the advent of XFELs. It takes a PDB as input and outputs noise-free and realistic diffraction patterns according to the experimental conditions chosen by the user.
sslh accepts connections in HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, OpenVPN, tinc, XMPP, or any other protocol that can be tested using a regular expression, on the same port. This makes it possible to connect to any of these servers on port 443 (e.g. from inside corporate firewalls, which almost never block port 443) while still serving HTTPS on that port.
storeBackup is a backup utility that stores files on other disks. It's able to compress data, and recognize copying and moving of files and directories (deduplication), and unifies the advantages of traditional full and incremental backups. It can handle big image files with block-wise changes efficiently. Depending on its contents, every file is stored only once on disk. Tools for analyzing backup data and restoring are provided. Once archived, files are accessible by mounting file systems (locally, or via Samba or NFS). It is easy to install and configure. Additional features are backup consistency checking, offline backups, and replication of backups.
strongSwan is a complete IPsec implementation for the Linux, Android, Maemo, FreeBSD, and Mac OS X operating systems. It interoperates with with most other IPsec-based VPN products via the IKEv2 or IKEv1 key exchange protocols. The focus of the strongSwan project is on strong authentication mechanisms using X.509 public key certificates and optional secure storage of private keys on smartcards through a standardized PKCS#11 interface. A rich choice of modular plugins adds additional features like Trusted Network Connect or advanced cryptographical algorithms.
