It can download the images compressed by PunyPNG individually or in a group in a .zip archive. The downloaded images are stored in a configurable download directory.
SimGrid is a toolkit which provides core functionalities for the simulation of distributed applications in heterogeneous distributed environments. The specific goal of the project is to facilitate research in the area of parallel and distributed large scale systems such as Grids, P2P systems, and clouds. Its use cases encompass heuristic evaluation, application prototyping, or even real application development and tuning.
mdp stands for "Mot de Passe", which means "password" in French. It wraps GnuPG for encryption and deals with all the small details of generating, managing, and fetching your passwords. It is similar to many other programs, but differentiates itself with simplicity (not button-driven simplicity, but with a Unix less-is-more style). For example, beyond the use of GnuPG for encryption, it lets you use your own editor to manage your passwords, categorize them, and delete them. In order to avoid passwords lingering on your screen, the results from the queries are displayed through a custom pager which is cleared after a customizable timeout (defaulting to ten seconds).

Madrona builds on the Django Web framework and PostGIS DBMS to offer a flexible set of building blocks for creating cutting-edge tools for decision support and area-based planning. It provides an automatic RESTful API for the GeoDjango feature models you create, with full CRUD operations and support for GeoJSON and KML, robust features for sharing and collaborative design amongst users, JavaScript libraries for quickly developing sophisticated client-side UIs, and the ability to use any 2D or 3D mapping client, including the Google Earth Web plugin.
iNA is a computational tool for quantitative analysis of fluctuations in biochemical reaction networks. Such fluctuations, also known as intrinsic noise, arise due to the stochastic nature of chemical reactions and cannot be ignored for when some molecules are present only in very low copy numbers as is the case in living cells. The SBML-based software computes statistical measures such as means and standard deviations of concentrations within a given accuracy using the analytical system size expansion. The result of iNA’s analysis can be tested against the computationally much more expensive stochastic simulation algorithm.
