album is a free HTML/XHTML photo album and gallery generator that supports themes/skins. You can choose different themes or write your own to get different layouts and styles. It creates all your thumbnails (including directory thumbnails) and descends into directories so you can organize your photos. The Internet Document And Report Server (IDRS) is a full Web development platform. All pages are built using an XML like dialect called the Reporting Markup Language (RML), can be generated using data from any JDBC complient database, and mostly require no programming logic. For reports that do require programming logic, RML pages can also use external Java classes and embedded JPython and BeanShell scripts for a higher level of control. Features of the IDRS include user-based security, data connection pooling for use by both the central IDRS system and by individual reports, and multiple databases to be used for each report and JSP.
mod_backhand is a load balancing module for Apache. It provides per-request HTTP redirection within a heterogeneous Apache server cluster. Each request is processed and run through a set of "candidacy functions" to determine which server is best suited to respond. The request is then proxied to that server. Facilities are in place to allow you to write your own dynamically loadable decision making algorithms. Everything about the request and the current availability of resources can be used in the decision-making process.
SiteManager is an Open Source Web Application Toolkit for PHP Developers that includes a framework for code modules and layout templates, database connectivity, SmartForms, sessions, and some other tools. All parts of the system are integrated through object-oriented libraries which allow for easy expandability and maintenance.

MKDoc is a Web site building, serving, and content management tool that was designed to encourage the use of good information architecture and the production of accessible Web sites. It provides different ways for the public to interact with and navigate between documents, including a sitemap, search facility, Dublin Core XML/RDF metadata, and printer versions of pages. All management, document creation, editing, and organizing is done via a Web browser, and the look is controlled using Petal templates. Unicode/UTF-8 is used to support all languages, including right-to-left languages.
There are many photo-gallery programs available. Zoph is different, as it concentrates on the management of large collection of photos instead of just showing them on the Web. It can store a lot of information about your photos, including the regular EXIF info, photographer, location, title, description, rating, and the people in the photo. Photos can appear in multiple albums and categories. Additional features include search, slideshows, lightboxes, email, access privileges, and multiple languages.
