IRC Channel Relay Bot allows you to have an IRC channel span multiple IRC networks. It relays public and private messages, informs you about people joining and leaving the channel, and passes topics across networks (if you op it). It has minimal ability to help protect the channel.
libphidgets is a user-space access library for the Phidget devices. It provides a generic and flexible way to access and interact with the Phidgets, and comes with all the advantages of a user-space library. It is based on libhid (which is based on libusb), thus it requires no HID support in the kernel. Sman is "The Searcher for Man Pages", an enhanced version of "apropos" and "man -k". Sman adds several key abilities over its predecessors, including stemming and support for complex boolean text searches such as "(linux and kernel) or (mach and microkernel)". It shows results in a ranked order, optionally with a summary of the manpage with the searched text highlighted. Searches may be applied to the manpage section, title, body, or filename. The complete contents of the man page are indexed. A prebuilt index is used to perform fast searches.

Featuring an internal scripting language called SoftCode, game admins may sculpt their sites into whatever they can imagine, be it small-scale combat or massive, galactic conflict.
The metric implemented in the Image::Density Perl Module estimates the density of data where there is data, and has a reasonable correlation with goodness as judged by humans. That is, if you let a human look at a set of images and judge quality, the density values for those images as calculated here tend to correlate well with the human judgement (densities that are too high or too low represent "bad'' images). It is intended for use on bitonal TIFF images, such as those from scanning paper documents.
