Novembre is an extensible tool for analysis and visualization of topographic and spectroscopic data. It supports the RHK, WinSPM, Nanonis, and Createc file formats, but any other format can be added via plugins. Tools are also made available through plugins, and are focused on spectroscopy manipulation.
Arx Libertatis is a cross-platform, open source port of Arx Fatalis, a 2002 first-person role-playing game developed by Arkane Studios. Arx Fatalis features crafting, melee and ranged combat, and a unique casting system where the player draws runes in real time to effect the desired spell. The Arx Libertatis source code is based on the publicly released Arx Fatalis sources. This does however not include the game data, so you need to obtain a copy of the original Arx Fatalis or its demo.
Awake File is a framework that allows Android and Java Desktop developers to very easily implement file uploads and downloads through HTTP. Security has been taken into account from the design stage: server side configuration allows you to specify strong security rules in order to protect the files. It allows listing, creation, and deletion of remote directories, calling of remote Java methods, and displays nice progress indicators to your users.
The BEL Framework is a platform designed to overcome many of the challenges associated with capturing, integrating, and storing knowledge within an organization, and sharing the knowledge across the organization and between business partners. Central to the design of the framework is the ability to integrate knowledge across different representational vocabularies and ontologies. This allows organizations to combine knowledge from disparate sources such as existing applications, internal sources, and business partners. It can then be made available through a standardized set of computable networks and APIs.
Biomechanical ToolKit (BTK) is a cross-platform library for biomechanical analysis. It can read and write a large variety of file formats used in biomechanics, and can modify them. All these operations can be done with the C++ API or with the wrappers included (Python, Octave, and Matlab). The goal of this project is to help the community share data without the restriction of the file format or the biomecanical model provided by the manufacturer of the acquisition system.
