WordPress is a state-of-the-art, semantic, personal publishing platform with a focus on aesthetics, Web standards, and usability. It was born out of a desire for an elegant, well-architected personal publishing system. While primarily geared towards functioning as a Weblog, WordPress is also a flexible CMS capable of managing many types of Web sites. Robopages is a recursive, file-based Web page generator and CMS. Robopages provides dynamic, recursive, image-gallery-like Web page generation based on file type and directory structure. In other words, if you put robopages into any given directory, the hierarchical contents of that part of the file system automatically becomes a viewable Web site. Robopages currently has only one "div-positioned layout manager," but that part of the system is modular.
