Qt is a comprehensive, object-oriented development framework that enables development of high-performance, cross-platform rich-client and server-side applications. When you implement a program with Qt, you can run it on the X Window System (Unix/X11), Apple Mac OS X, and Microsoft Windows NT/9x/2000/XP by simply compiling the source code for the platform you want. Qt is the basis for the KDE desktop environment, and is also used in numerous commercial applications such as Google Earth, Skype for Linux, and Adobe Photoshop Elements.

NetCrack is cluster software developed to distribute a hashing algorithm's cracking process work using a brute force attack. Currently, it only supports the two most commonly used hashing algorithms: MD5 and SHA-1. Support is included for MySQL, safe mode, and others. It works like a client/server application, where the server is unique for each cluster network and its job is to distribute the cracking process work, coordinate the nodes, and prevent connections and data integrity errors.

SoCLib is a library of pluggable SystemC cycle-accurate and transaction-level components. The library contains many types of models: processor cores (MIPS32, PPC405, ARM-v6k, Nios2, MicroBlaze, lm32, etc.), memory types, devices (block device, UART, frame buffer, etc.) and network-on-chip models. SoCLib can be used to create a complete system-on-chip hardware design, as well as for testing and evaluating embedded operating systems and applications. NetBSD, MutekH, and other dedicated systems are ported to the SoCLib hardware simulator. A Linux port is an ongoing project.

The Tinyserial library is a space-saving alternative to the Arduino software distribution's libraries for reading and writing characters and strings to the USART0 serial port on the Atmel ATmega168 and ATmega328p MCUs found on Arduino Diecimilla and Duemilanove boards. While the Arduino software distribution's libraries provide interrupt-driven serial I/O with far more features and support more MCUs, the Tinyserial library provides only the most basic polling-based serial I/O. However, the Tinyserial library uses far less Flash and SRAM, thereby giving you room to implement larger and more complicated applications on your boards. The Tinyserial library respects the GNU libc ABI, so you can call into it from C and C++ programs.
