myKnowledgeExplorer (mKE) is an intelligent knowledge base assistant. All communication is in a user-friendly, English-like language called mKR. mKR is designed to help human beings work more intelligently. mKE command line options include language definitions for RDF, OWL, CYC, and SUMO. mKR scripts may include embedded calls to the Unix shell. mKR gives special emphasis to context hierarchies, genus-differentia definitions, n-ary relations, questions, and action/methods.
CTL is a cross-platform control dispatching tool that makes it easy to automate any kind of distributed systems management or application provisioning task. Rather than writing complex and error-prone scripts that over utilize "for loops", CTL handles the network dispatching for you and allows you to focus on the actual management tasks you need to accomplish. In addition to being a dispatching tool, CTL comes with pre-built cross-platform utilities so you don't have to script actions like file distribution or process and port checking. You can also write your own custom utilities and share them with others in your organization. Custom utilities are defined in XML, and your scripting can be done in multiple scripting languages (Perl, Python, etc.), *nix shell, Windows batch, and/or Ant.
BlueSense SDK is a software development kit for communicating with BlueSense equipment. It allows you to read out sensors or control actuators. A user-space USB driver for all platforms is included. The aim of ADF MAGE-ML Tool is to provide a module for converting ADF files (a tab delimited file representing microarray design layout) into MAGE-ML format, and for generating an ADF from an array design described in MAGE-ML format. The module is build upon the ADF specifications and using MAGE-Stk APIs (Java). MIAME-compliance checking, a logging system, and integration of LifeScience Identifier (LSID) specifications are key components of the module. The module can be used via the command line or a graphical user interface.
