LlamaXML is a C++ XML parsing and formatting library that is small enough to be used on handheld devices like PDAs and smartphones, while still supporting larger desktop and server systems. The library currently runs on Palm OS Garnet, Palm OS Cobalt, Windows Mobile, Windows, and Mac OS X, and is easy to port to new platforms. The entire library compiles to only 45 KB of code under Codewarrior for Palm OS, and can be even smaller if only some of its features are used. The library is also frugal with runtime memory, using a single-pass streaming algorithm that only stores the current parsing stack in memory, allowing very large XML documents to be parsed with very little overhead.
TreeTable is an applet which combines table (grid) and tree views. You can hierarchically organize your data in multiple columns. The grid is editable and sortable, and supports XML, dynamic data loading, custom icons, colors, and fonts, Javascript events, popup menus, and Japanese characters.
USB-TCP Bridge bridges communications between a Palm handheld connected with a USB cradle and a TCP/IP socket. It can be used, for example, with the GDB debugger (which normally connects to the Palm OS Emulator on TCP/IP port 2000) to debug on a Palm handheld instead of debugging on the Palm OS emulator. It can also be used to connect the Unix-based pilot-link synchronization tools to a Palm handheld on Mac OS X. There are many more features, like support for packaged redistribution with predefined settings, etc.
