FLENS is short for Flexible Library for Efficient Numerical Solutions. This C++ can be used as a builing block for the implementation of other (higher-level) numerical libraries or numerical applications. It is a C++ library (requires a C++11 conform compiler). Easy install, as FLENS is headers only. It gives you Matrix/vector types for dense linear algebra; a generic (i.e. templated) implementation of BLAS; and a generic reimplementation of LAPACK. If high performance BLAS libraries like ATLAS, GotoBLAS, etc. are available, you simply can link against them and boost performance.
G3D is a C++ library for game developers, researchers, and students. It is a base of robust and high performance code common to most 3D projects. It is not a stand-alone graphics or game engine, but is a set of pieces to jump start your own engine or graphics project. The library has two parts: G3D for pure math, and GLG3D for interacting with hardware acceleration via OpenGL. You can use G3D without GLG3D if you want to use another 3D API (like DirectX) or don't like the OpenGL abstraction.

Sfront compiles MPEG 4 Structured Audio (MP4-SA) programs into efficient C programs that generate audio when executed. MP4-SA is a standard for normative algorithmic sound, which combines an audio signal processing language (SAOL) with score languages (MIDI and SASL). Under Mac OS X and Linux, sfront supports real-time, low-latency audio input/output and MIDI input. Under Mac OS X, sfront supports the creation of AudioUnit plug-ins. Isabelle is a popular generic theorem prover developed at Cambridge University and TU Munich. Existing logics like Isabelle/HOL provide a theorem proving environment ready to use for sizable applications. Isabelle may also serve as framework for rapid prototyping of deductive systems. It comes with a large library including Isabelle/HOL (classical higher-order logic), Isabelle/HOLCF (Scott's Logic for Computable Functions with HOL), Isabelle/FOL (classical and intuitionistic first-order logic), and Isabelle/ZF (Zermelo-Fraenkel set theory on top of FOL).
TacitPixel (formerly libTAP ) is a prototyping system for virtual reality and augmented reality applications. It runs on a variety of platforms. RAP (rapid application prototyping) is done through the Lua interface, which mirrors the C++ namespace as closely as possible. libTAP has a small but distinctive feature set, focused on prototyping of realtime 3D simulations.
