The adventure PHP framework (APF) is a utility to implement object oriented and generic PHP Web applications. It allows the developer to create programs in compliance with approved software design patterns, and the code base already has answers to many everyday problems. The framework cannot be described as an application that only has to be configured, but rather as a technical basis and design guide for the design of software. Further, it introduced many concepts and efficiency tools already well known in the Java community.
Angel is a 2D game prototyping engine based on OpenGL and C++. It was originally made by a group of employees at Electronic Arts Los Angeles for use in a GameJam they were planning for April of 2008. Angel provides many useful functions for prototyping gameplay, including simple physics, particles, text rendering, sound, input mappings, config files, pathfinding, and Python scripting.
AntTweakBar is a small and easy-to-use C/C++ library that allows programmers to quickly add a light and intuitive GUI into OpenGL or DirectX based graphic programs to interactively tweak them. Program variables can be linked to a graphical control that allows users to modify them. Programmers are not required to design the graphical interface by providing coordinates or by using a visual UI editor. Controls are automatically organized following an optional given hierarchy.

BitEvolution is an easy-to-use client/server application that you can use to keep your distributed application up to date. Modeled after the Apache ANT project, it is a task-based application intended to eliminate the work required to write, test, and debug a home-grown update application. Botan is a crypto library written in C++. It provides a variety of cryptographic algorithms, including common ones such as AES, MD5, SHA, HMAC, RSA, Diffie-Hellman, DSA, and ECDSA, as well as many others that are more obscure or specialized. It also offers SSL/TLS (client and server), X.509v3 certificates and CRLs, and PKCS #10 certificate requests. A message processing system that uses a filter/pipeline metaphor allows for many common cryptographic tasks to be completed with just a few lines of code. Assembly and SIMD optimizations for common CPUs offers speedups for critical algorithms like AES and SHA-1.
Bullet is a 3D game multiphysics library that provides state of the art collision detection and soft body and rigid body dynamics. Bullet is integrated into Cinema 4D, Lightwave, and Blender. A Houdini and Maya Plugin is available. It has a modular extendible C++ design with hot-swap of most components. The back-ends were optimized for pthreads/Win32 Threads multi-threading and PS3 Cell SPU. Other features include discrete and continuous collision detection (CCD), swept collision queries, ray casting with custom collision filtering, generic convex support (using GJK), capsule, cylinder, cone, sphere, box, and non-convex triangle meshes. Rigid body dynamics include constraint solvers, generic constraints, ragdolls, hinges, and ball-sockets. Constraint limits and motors are supported. Soft body support includes cloth, rope, and deformable objects. Import and export into COLLADA 1.4 Physics format is supported. Dynamic deformation of non-convex triangle meshes is supported by refitting the acceleration structures.
