Stupa is an associative search engine. It lets you search related documents with high performance and high precision. Since document data and inverted indexes are kept in memory, Stupa reflects updates of documents in search results in real time. A server implementation of Stupa is possible by using Thrift.
rlimit is a program that lets you run processes with system resource limits set. It can be used by software developers and testers to test that software will run correctly in resource restricted environments. It is also useful for software which would otherwise consume excessive resources such as programs that used 100% CPU, set their own priority levels, or consume too much memory. This is basically a command line interface to the system functions getrlimit() and setrlimit().
PolarSSL is a light-weight cryptographic and SSL/TLS library written in C. PolarSSL makes it easy for developers to include cryptographic and SSL/TLS capabilities in their (embedded) applications with as little hassle as possible. Loose coupling of the components inside the library means that it is easy to separate the parts that are needed, without needing to include the total library. PolarSSL is written with embedded systems in mind and has been ported on a number of architectures, including ARM, PowerPC, MIPS, and Motorola 68000. The source is written to have very loose coupling, enabling easy integration of parts in other software projects. Very loosely coupled cryptographic algorithms for MD2, MD4, MD5, SHA1, SHA-256, SHA-512, AES, Camellia, DES, Triple DES, ARC3, and RSA are included.
Bayon is a simple and fast data clustering tool for large-scale data sets. If you want to survey large-scale data, bayon is useful to partition the data into some groups and understand it. Bayon supports two hard-clustering methods, repeated bisection clustering, and K-means clustering. In the outputs of these methods, each input document is assigned to only one cluster. But you can get similar clusters for each input document like soft-clustering method by using some options.

Algorithm Study provides tools and resources to augment the traditional study of algorithms. It includes implementations of common and less-common algorithms in a variety of languages and visualization tools to help in gaining a deeper understanding of the algorithms. The algorithm implementations are each accompanied by a discussion of the asymptotic ("big O") run time and memory limits of the algorithm. Some implementations include discussion of how the algorithm or data structure is commonly used and comparisons with similar algorithms or data structures. All implementations have test cases that exercise their functionality. The visualization tool, Algorithm Visualizer, displays what happens as various algorithms do their work.
