mod_musicindex is an Apache module aimed at being a C alternative to the Perl module Apache::MP3. It allows nice displaying of directories containing MP3, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, or MP4/AAC files, including sorting them on various fields, streaming/downloading them, constructing playlists, and searching. It also provides features such as RSS and Podcast feeds, multiple CSS support, and archive downloads.
Tic-tac-toe is an OpenGL game that focuses on graphical effects, specifically realistic 3D rendering of water. The water surface is procedurally generated, and the pieces float realistically on top of it. The water is textured, blended, and environment mapped. It is fully refracted and incorporates the Fresnel term for opacity.
EZ Reusable Objects (EZRO) is a Web application that can be used by non-technical staff to manage content as "objects." Content objects containing text, video, and audio can be shared, modified, and re-styled to appear via a traditional Web site, an on-line course, an innovative "Coach," or as a community of interest site. It is highly scalable and can be used for public Web sites, secure environments, and private intra/extranets.
GNUdap is a project to build a userspace driver to interface Linux with proprietary-protocol USB MP3 players and mass storage devices. Currently, GNUdap supports only the "Perstel,Inc. CHIC MP10". GNUdap is also an experiment to test the advantages of a strongly-typed programming language and of the functional programming paradigm in hardware development. GNUdap currently supports all features supported by the official program provided with the Chic, and has some additional features, like being able to transfer MP3s directly to the PC.
