mod_spin is an Apache module that provides a simple template language with data replacement capabilities, persistent application and session tracking, database connection pooling, dynamic linking of applications into Apache as shared libraries, parameters, cookies, and multipart/form data parsing, and a simple API for MVC controller functionality.
The Free Unix Spectrum Emulator (Fuse) is an emulator of the 1980s home computer and various clones. It emulates the Spectrum 16K, 48K, 128K, +2, +2A, +3, +3e, and SE, the Timex TC2048 and TC2068, the Pentagon, and the Scorpion. Almost all the common Spectrum emulator file formats are supported, including .rzx input recordings, .tzx tape images, and .szx and .z80 snapshots.
The sctplib library is a fairly complete prototype implementation of the Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP), a message-oriented reliable transport protocol that supports multi-homing and multiple message streams multiplexed within an SCTP connection. The API of the library was modeled after section 10 of RFC 2960, and most parameters and functions should be self-explanatory to the user familiar with this document. In addition, the library also provides a number of helper functions for managing timers and UDP communication.
Usually, Linux kernel exported symbols have suffixes like _R12345678, which is a checksum from the function return value type and parameter type. If the module and kernel have different suffixes for the same function, they have different idea about function interface and insmod will refuse to load such a module. But sometimes this mechanism is too protective, and for function with the same interface generates different checksums. Kernel Symbol Manipulator (KSM) allows you to work around this limitation.
RVM is an archive manager that uses rsync to manage backups of multiple clients across multiple logical partitions (vaults). It has some features that some other rsync-based backup schemes lack, such as being written in C++, needing no scripts or other programs than rsync and any binaries on which rsync depends (such as SSH), the ability to manage multiple instances of rsync connections to separate clients in parallel, the ability to use multiple logical partitions (vaults) in a configurable fashion for purporses of redundancy and added reliability, and the use of hard links for files that have not changed from one archive to the next.
The Enhanced File Crypt/eXtended File Stealth System (EFC/XFSS) makes your uploaded files safe on the server so that no one can read them without knowing a few details to decipher the files. It generates different obfuscated names and encrypted files so no one will know what the original format or name was.
Biferno is a new generation object-oriented Web scripting language that allows developers the rapid implementation of dynamic Web applications and of sites that offer a high degree of user interactivity. It is implemented as a Web server add-on module that allows dynamic generation of HTML pages; the result of the processing of the Biferno code by the server determines the page content. A Biferno script is a server-side script. It is also an "HTML-embedded" language: scripts can be written in pure Biferno language, but can also contain HTML code segments between Biferno code blocks. Extensive documentation for the language and the runtime system is available.
