Fast Artificial Neural Network Library is a neural network library that implements multilayer artificial neural networks in C with support for both fully connected and sparsely connected networks. Cross-platform execution in both fixed and floating point are supported. It includes a framework for easy handling of training data sets. It is easy to use, versatile, well documented, and fast. C++, Perl, PHP, .NET, Python, Delphi, Octave, Pure Data, and Mathematica bindings are available. A reference manual accompanies the library with examples and recommendations on how to use the library. A graphical user interface is also available for the library.
OwenShow is an open-source file browser demonstrating various techniques/failures in Borland Kylix/Delphi code, including fork, drop/drag, and much more. Unlike other browers, directories are scanned explicitly and, if desired, to full depth, i.e. to get detailed descriptions of directory trees. Finding directories/files is supported by inexact/exact cumulative search.
EditPad Lite is a convenient, carefully designed text editor and Notepad replacement. It has all the features a solid text editor needs without any bloat. You can open as many files at a time as you want, with no arbitrary file size limit and no arbitrary line length limit. You change between the open files by clicking on their tabs, eliminating the hassle of heaps of overlapping windows.
ProKylix is a source code profiler for Borland's Kylix 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0. In the Freeware mode, ProKylix can measure the runtime of up to 30 procedures. ProKylix can be upgraded to use the Professional mode by registration. After registration, ProKylix measures up to 32000 procedures, and can also profile pure assembler functions and procedures. The upgrades are valid for all future Kylix versions.
Transparent Mobile IP (TMip) aims to provide IP mobility across multiple networks, ensuring that all active TCP sessions will be maintained upon client migration. No client-side software or alteration to the IP stack is required. The network itself changes to provide connectivity to hosts, using IP tunneling techniques.
YanC (Yet another nV Configurator) is a small tool which you can use to change the nVidia and ATI-specific settings (almost) as easily as with the Windows drivers. You can edit the settings for AGP support, the Cursor Shadow, the nVidia logo, Digital Vibrance Control, and, of course, TwinView for the nVidia drivers. For the ATI drivers, it offers support for the overlay settings, anti-aliasing, and dual monitor configuration.
