LibBi is used for state-space modelling and Bayesian inference on high-performance computer hardware, including multi-core CPUs, many-core GPUs (graphics processing units), and distributed-memory clusters. The staple methods of LibBi are based on sequential Monte Carlo (SMC), also known as particle filtering. These methods include particle Markov chain Monte Carlo (PMCMC) and SMC2. Other methods include the extended Kalman filter and some parameter optimization routines. LibBi consists of a C++ template library and a parser and compiler, written in Perl, for its own modelling language.
Parcittox is a clipboard manager with network sync. It's a fork of Parcellite, including the Dittox library. Parcellite is a GTK clipboard manager which allows the use to synchronize selection and <Ctrl> + <c> clipboards and to select, save, and edit the history of clipboards. Parcittox adds the possibility to share clips over the network between Linux (using Parcittox) and Windows (using Ditto) PCs. It also implements the QRencode library to easily transfer clips to your smartphone.
ivepkg is a package manager with a focus on homebuilt distributions like Linux From Scratch. Therefore, ivepkg has no repository or network abilities, but is specialized on installing tarballs to a system. Its key features are an easy-to-use database (sqlite3) and a sha1 checksum of every installed file. These make it possible to know which files have been altered (for example, by a malicious attack).
ApPHP FormBuilder is an easy-to-use HTML form builder script that provides a simple and flexible way to create HTML forms and validate different types of fields, using the embedded ApPHP DataValidator. You can easily add text fields, radio buttons, check boxes, single select boxes, text areas, buttons, and many other form elements. Validations can check for correct emails, URLs, float numbers, passwords and many more. When errors are detected, an indicator is shown next to the offending field. Form results can be sent via email, and the form is protected against cross site scripting attacks.
