Web Man controls the large-scale aspects of your Website. You can install navigation bars, check links, assign a site-wide DOCTYPE and keywords, apply CSS stylesheets, and do other Web site operations. It is a partial work-alike for Microsoft FrontPage, but is not a page editor. Its central data structure is a hierarchical site map in plain HTML. A converter is provided for moving your FrontPage projects over.
PortscanGeoinfo is a plugin for the powerful Prelude correlation engine. Prelude is a universal security information management (SIM) system (www.prelude-technologies.com). Prelude-Correlator allows one to conduct multistream correlations with a powerful programming language for writing correlation rules. This plugin correlates alerts from Snort NIDS and OSSEC HIDS sensors regarding portscans. Geographical information (GeoIP) of the scanning host is included in the correlated alert.
Raster is a library of raster image operations. Raster uses a graph method, where each node represents an operation. The root nodes of the graph are the resulting output images. Leaf nodes of the graph are sources of input data. Nodes in between represent operations on their children. Cycles in the graph must not be made.
Tomld (tomoyo learning daemon) is an extension to the Tomoyo security framework. Tomoyo increases security by confining applications and services into domains using rules. Tomld automates this process, helping users harden their systems more easily. To do this, tomld starts in learning mode, creates Tomoyo domains, collects rules, changes them, and, once the rules appear to be complete, tomld enforces the policy.
Unnamed un-names unwanted DNS entries. It was written to solve the problem of upstream DNS servers inserting bogus records for NXDOMAINs. It can be used to filter unwanted domain names like ads, porn, time wasters, etc. It is modular, so extensions are easy. Extensions can be written in Lua or compiled as shared objects.
