The XMMS Picture Viewer Input Plugin adds picture support to XMMS for various image formats. The picture is displayed for a (configurable) time. In conjunction with XMMS playlists, this makes it possible to create slideshows very easily, e.g. opening a directory that contains picture files directly starts the slideshow.
Firebolt is a network protocol oriented library. It's not another socket library; it offers higher level services to the developer. You can structure your protocol in the form of states and the transitions between those states with the use of your custom events. Thus you no longer need to worry about what data you just received from a socket and whether or not those data are expected in the current state of your network code, since that sort of validation is all performed by Firebolt.
Oracle Reports Native Barcode Generator is an object that can be easily inserted into Oracle Reports to create barcode images. Once installed, no other components or fonts need to be installed to create barcodes; it is a complete barcode generator that stays in the report, even when it is distributed or accessed from a server. Supported symbologies include GS1-128, Code 128, Code 39, Codabar, Interleaved 2 of 5, ITF, PostNet, and Planet. The demo version of this product contains a static barcode that may be used for evaluation purposes only.

UDSC is a system updating and security hardening tool with support for VPS servers. It disables SSH protocol 1 and moves the sshd port to 1322. It can install or remove APF Firewall. sysctl is hardened with a commonly used and tested sysctl.conf. Notification of root logins is provided via off-site email. logwatch is set up with nightly email messages. RKHunter is installed, and a cron job set up. Dangerous files are chowned to only root. iftop is installed (from source).
