Fast FIX Parser (FFP) is a library for parsing Financial Information eXchange (FIX) messages. It takes input bytes as they arrive from, for example, a socket, and converts them into a representation of FIX messages which can be further analysed for semantic checks, converted into “business” structures, etc. It also provides a way to specify which tags are allowed for a particular message and verifies this specification at runtime.

While the OSS community converges to Git, with the Python bunch branching to Mercurial, the typical workplace is stuck with Subversion. The author's DVCS of choice is Fossil. These are all fine projects, with their own pros and cons, but what you usually want is just a tool to store your code tree snapshot in a safe place. They can all do that, but their language differs a tiny bit. repo brings them all down to the common root. It works by detecting which VCS are you using right now and calling that, applying necessary subcommand translation if needed.

dmap2gcode is a depth map image cutting program. A depth map is a greyscale image in which the darkness or lightness of each pixel corresponds to the depth (or height) of the object at each point. dmap2gcode supports various cutter geometries (flat, ball nose, and v-bit), two types of cut entry (straight and arc), a full set of roughing options, and various other settings, all controlled through a graphical user interface. The g-code output from dmap2gcode is compatible with LinuxCNC and Mach3.
