sc-tool is a commandline tool intended to simplify administration of traffic shapers for Internet Service Providers. sc101-nbd allows Linux to access a Netgear SC101 storage device as a block device, without requiring a new kernel module. It achieves this by translating between the kernel's existing NBD protocol and the reverse engineered protocol used by the SC101. On top of the NBD devices you can run RAID, LVM, and any existing filesystems (such as ext2/3 or ocfs2).
Scandalo is a very efficient and fast mail frontend for the clamdscan virus scanner. In other words, it is a simple mail filter that works as a wrapper for clamd, the famous Clamav antivirus daemon. Once integrated in maildrop or any MTA or MUA, it can quickly read messages and send them to the clamd process for virus scanning using the clamdscan utility. When a virus is found, the message is marked with a header, so you can easily set up your mail filter or MUA to drop, quarantine, or move the infected message to a mail folder.
scanmem is a simple interactive debugging utility for Linux that can be used to locate the address of a variable in an executing program. scanmem can then be used to modify the variable once, or continually over a period of time. It is similar to the "pokefinders" used to cheat at video games.
