AudioGalaxy Browser is a program to complement the official satellite program for Linux from AudioGalaxy. By using AGBrowser, every dependency on another program to search for, download, share, and manage mp3s has been satisfied. It is a KDE program that handles running the Audiogalaxy client (restarting it if it dies or crashes), provides a place to edit user information and a place to edit share information, and has an integrated AudioGalaxy Web browser and a special MP3 share manager profile for Konqueror.
BruteFIR is a software for applying long FIR filters to multi-channel digital audio, either offline or in realtime. Its basic operation is specified through a configuration file, and filters and attenuation can be changed in runtime through a simple command line interface. The FIR filter algorithm used is an optimised frequency domain algorithm, partly implemented in hand-coded assembler, thus throughput is extremely high. In realtime, a standard computer can typically run more than 10 channels with more than 60000 filter taps each.
SPAG is a mouse-driven GUI for building and browsing fact/information trees. Flexible arrangement of graphics and text with colorisation produces an environment for information presentation as an interactive style of instruction manual, for general note-taking allowing unlimited annotations/jottings, or for reference material storage. Tree structure allows for rapid navigation through vast amounts of data, while visual style presents information in an interesting manner.
