MuGeN is a package for interactively exploring multiple annotated genomes simultaneously, possibly mixed with computational analysis results. Map information can be loaded from various sources, and resulting images can be exported in different formats. Both an interactive GUI based environment and a batch mode program are provided.
mms2web.pl is a simple Perl program that extracts pictures from mail files and publishes them on, for example, a Web server. The mail or MMS sent to the mail address/mail folder is separated into different sections on the Web server based on a tagging system. This gives you the ability to create profile/user based sections in your Web space where users can send content from email or cell phones that can be automatically published.
plircc is a replacement for irexec and irxevent. It implements a modified stack automaton to keep track of the remote control state. Its configuration is far more powerful and easier than the classic .lircrc way. It has OSD support, so you can display many things on the screen for instant visual user feedback. It also tries to monitor the processes to automatically jump to good state when the user launches an application supported by the configuration file.

The listed resources can either be stored on your server (archive) or linked from the author's Web site (directory). ScriptSite is flexible, generic, and customizable. Visitors can rate resources, write and submit their own resource reviews, report dead links, participate in polls, contribute articles to the weekly newsletter, and much more.
