CWXML is an high-performance, open-source C-language library for parsing and generating XML and BXML formats with a straightforward API. Initial testing indicates that it is 3 or more times faster than other popular libraries such as expat and libxml2 at parsing XML and much faster again with BXML, which is a straightforward, open, patent-unencumbered binary-encoding format for XML data that is a stand-alone work-alike drop-in replacement for an XML file that mirrors the XML markup structures in a way that is similar to the in-memory representations of many parser libraries.
CWirc is a plugin for the X-Chat IRC client to transmit raw Morse code over the internet using IRC servers as reflectors. The transmitted Morse code can be received in near real-time by other X-Chat clients with the CWirc plugin. CWirc tries to emulate a standard amateur radio rig: it sends and receives Morse over virtual channels, and it can listen to multiple senders transmitting on the same channel. Morse code is keyed locally using a straight or iambic key connected to a serial port, or using the mouse buttons, and the sound is played through the sound card, or through an external sounder.

CaPo is a simple redirector for Squid which is helpful for creating a captive portal. When a client connects the first time, capo redirects this first request to a selectable destination. Following requests will pass unchanged until a configurable timeout is reached. CaPo is based on Squirm by Chris Foote & Wayne Piekarski.
Cactus is a general, modular, parallel environment for solving systems of partial differential equations. The code has been developed over many years by a large international collaboration of numerical relativity and computational science research groups and can be used to provide a portable platform for solving any system of partial differential equations.
