I-Nex gathers information for hardware components available on your system and displays it using an user interface similar to the popular Windows tool CPU-Z. It can display information for CPU, GPU, Motherboard, Sound, Hard disks, RAM, Network, and USB, as well as some system information like the hostname, Linux distribution and version, Xorg, GCC, and GLX versions, and Linux Kernel. It can also generate a report on which you can select what to include and optionally send the report to a service such as Pastebin (and others). It also features an option to take a screenshot of the I-Nex window directly from the application.
wavemon is a ncurses-based monitor for wireless devices. It allows you to watch the signal and noise levels, packet statistics, device configuration, and network parameters of your wireless network hardware. It has currently only been tested with the Lucent Orinoco series of cards, although it should work (with varying features) with all devices supported by the wireless kernel extensions written by Jean Tourrilhes.
Razercfg is a Razer device configuration tool. It is based on "razerd", a background daemon doing all of the low-level privileged hardware accesses. The user interface tools are "razercfg", a command-line tool, and "qrazercfg", a Qt-based graphical device configuration tool. Supported devices are the Razer DeathAdder (Classic, 3500DPI, and Black Edition) mouse, the Razer Krait mouse, the Razer Lachesis mouse, the Razer Copperhead mouse, the Razer Naga mouse, the Razer Boomslang CE mouse and the Razer Taipan mouse.
The Advanced Linux Sound Architecture is composed of several parts. The first is a fully modularized sound driver which supports module autoloading, devfs, isapnp autoconfiguration, and gives complete access to analog audio, digital audio, control, mixer, synthesizer, DSP, MIDI, and timer components of audio hardware. It also includes a fully-featured kernel-level sequencer, a full compatibility layer for OSS/Free applications, an object-oriented C library which covers and enhances the ALSA kernel driver functionality for applications (client/server, plugins, PCM sharing/multiplexing, PCM metering, etc.), an interactive configuration program for the driver, and some simple utilities for basic management.
