Diladele Web Safety is an ICAP server that integrates with an existing Squid proxy server and provides rich content and Web filtering functionality to sanitize Internet traffic passing into an internal home/enterprise network. It blocks pornography and explicit (adult) content by deep inspecting HTML content and URLs, blocks file downloads, performs filtering based on groups, controls Web usage by categories, removes annoying Web ads, and protects online privacy by disallowing access to Web trackers. It runs on any FreeBSD derived platform, RedHat, CentOS, Debian, and Ubuntu Linux, Raspberry PI, and Apple OS X, providing a comprehensive Web filtering solution easily manageable via a Web UI.
rpmorphan finds "orphaned" RPM packages on your system (packages which have no other packages depending on their installation). Console and graphical interfaces are provided. It is clone of the deborphan Debian program, but for RPM packages. It provides also some others RPM tools: rpmusage, rpmdep, and rpmduplicates.
SBuild is a Scala-based build system. It features platform independence, multi project support, automatic detection of needed actions, automatic up-to-date detection, a flexible scheme handler mechanism, Maven repository support, Ant task integration, automatic cross-project resolving of dependencies, high speed, a simple "syntax" that requires almost no Scala knowledge, behind-the-sceens compilation of build script to bytecode for fast execution time, and built-in scheme handlers for HTTP and Maven.
Gpart is a small tool which tries to guess which partitions are on a PC harddisk in case the primary partition table was damaged. It works by scanning through the device (or file) given on the commandline on a sector basis. Each guessing module is asked if it thinks a filesystem it knows about could start at a given sector. Several filesystem guessing modules are built in, and others can be added dynamically.
Armadillo is a C++ linear algebra library (matrix maths) aiming towards a good balance between speed and ease of use. Integer, floating point, and complex numbers are supported, as well as a subset of trigonometric and statistics functions. Various matrix decompositions are provided through optional integration with LAPACK and ATLAS libraries. A delayed evaluation approach, based on template meta-programming, is used (during compile time) to combine several operations into one and reduce or eliminate the need for temporaries.
CWIS (Collection Workflow Integration System) is a software package designed to help assemble, organize, and share information about resources online. The software conforms to international and academic standards for metadata while providing turnkey setup and a user-friendly interface, allowing resource collection developers (and end users) to focus on what they want to share (or find) without worrying about the technical details. It provides extensive support for cataloging resources with standardized metadata, which can then be automatically shared via an array of channels out to the larger Internet community, helping others find your work.
TEA is a powerful and easy-to-use Qt4-based editor with many useful features for HTML, Docbook, and LaTeX editing. It features a small footprint, a tabbed layout engine, support for multiple encodings, code snippets, templates, customizable hotkeys, an "open at cursor" function for HTML files and images, miscellaneous HTML tools, preview in external browser, string manipulation functions, Morse-code tools, bookmarks, syntax highlighting, and more.
I-Nex gathers information for hardware components available on your system and displays it using an user interface similar to the popular Windows tool CPU-Z. It can display information for CPU, GPU, Motherboard, Sound, Hard disks, RAM, Network, and USB, as well as some system information like the hostname, Linux distribution and version, Xorg, GCC, and GLX versions, and Linux Kernel. It can also generate a report on which you can select what to include and optionally send the report to a service such as Pastebin (and others). It also features an option to take a screenshot of the I-Nex window directly from the application.
