CodeQuery is a tool for indexing and then querying or searching C, C++, Java, and Python source code. It builds upon the databases of cscope and ctags, which are processed by the cqmakedb tool to generate a CodeQuery database file. This can be viewed and queried with a GUI tool. The features include auto-completion of search terms and visualization of function call graphs and class inheritance. The following queries can be made: Symbol, Function or macro, Class or struct, Functions calling this function, Functions called by this function, Class which owns this member or method, Members and methods of this class, Parent of this class (inheritance), Children of this class (inheritance), Files including this file, and Full path for file.

Arx Libertatis is a cross-platform, open source port of Arx Fatalis, a 2002 first-person role-playing game developed by Arkane Studios. Arx Fatalis features crafting, melee and ranged combat, and a unique casting system where the player draws runes in real time to effect the desired spell. The Arx Libertatis source code is based on the publicly released Arx Fatalis sources. This does however not include the game data, so you need to obtain a copy of the original Arx Fatalis or its demo.

PDF documents can be processed to extract the textual content for archiving, storage, searching, or indexing. jPDFText is built on top of Qoppa's proprietary PDF technology, so there is no need for any third party software or drivers. Main Features: loading PDF documents from files, network drives, URLs, or input streams; extracting text; and extracting words as a vector of Strings. Bokken is a GUI for the Pyew and Radare2 projects. It provides an interface to almost all the features of Pyew, and many in radare2. It's intended to be a multi-architecture disassembler and binary analysis tool, and maybe some day an alternative for commercial alternatives as IDA Pro. Currently, Bokken is neither a hexadecimal editor nor a full featured disassembler, so it should not be used for deep code analysis or for modifying files.

jPDFWriter is a Java class library to create PDF documents directly from Java programs without having to install any third party drivers or software. It emulates the standard Java classes to print and draw graphics to reduce the learning curve when using the library and reuse existing code. It can create PDF files in two ways: PDF files can be created directly using jPDFWriter's very simple API (simply create a PDFDocument object, create as many PDFPage objects as necessary, draw strings, graphics, or any other elements supported by Graphics2D to the pages, and save the document), or jPDFWriter can extend the standard Java PrinterJob to create PDF files as though printing to a physical printer. This allows reuse of existing printing code and lets an application decide, at runtime, whether to send the output to a printer or to a PDF file. PDF files can be saved to files on a disk, written to a java.io.OutputStream, or written directly to a javax.servlet.ServletOutputStream to show in a browser when working within a J2EE application server. jPDFWriter is written entirely in Java, so application portability and operating system independence are not compromised.
