Jaro Mail is an integrated suite of interoperable tools for GNU/Linux and Apple/OS X to manage email communication in a private way, without relying on online services (in fact, encouraging users to store email locally). It mainly features a system for mailinglist filtering, address-book integrated whitelisting, and long-term email storage and archiving with functions for fast search and usage statistics. It makes internal use of customized versions of popular Unix tools like Mutt, Fetchmail, Procmail, Mairix, and Msmtp.

PHPContracts is a design by contract framework for the PHP programming language. It can be used in an object-oriented manner or with simple functions. Design by contract is a style of programming where classes and methods have a "contract" specified for them. If the contract is violated, then there is a defect/bug in the program.
pam_supair is a PAM module for use with su(1) that authenticates the user if and only if that user's name (obtained via that user's real id) and su's target user name (obtained via pam_get_user(3)) form a pair that is allowed by the configuration. Multiple pairs can be specified.

LibAPCNIS is a PHP library for accessing the NIS port of the Apcupsd UPS Monitoring daemon. It allows you to access realtime UPS stats from a PHP script without having Apcupsd installed. It does not require the apcaccess application included with an Apcupsd installation, and there are no external dependencies.
MeeGo is a Linux-based mobile and embedded operating system. It brings together the Moblin project, headed up by Intel, and Maemo, by Nokia, into a single open source activity. MeeGo currently targets platforms such as netbooks and entry-level desktops, handheld computing and communications devices, in-vehicle infotainment devices, connected TVs, and media phones. All of these platforms have common user requirements in communications, application, and Internet services in a portable or small form factor. The MeeGo project will continue to expand platform support as new features are incorporated and new form factors emerge in the market.
