SqliteJdbcNG is a JDBC driver for SQLite. The overall goal of this project is to start a fresh implementation that leverages newly available technologies in the Java world. For example, any SQLite driver for any language must integrate with the native SQLite library. All of the current Java implementations rely on a custom JNI library to call out to the SQLite library. This extra layer can easily create a headache for the development and deployment of the driver, since it needs to be built for a variety of operating systems. Fortunately, there are technologies like Bridj and JNA that can be used to call native code directly from Java. By leaving the majority of the headaches of integrating with the native library to the Bridj project, more time can be spent on making a high quality driver that is more compliant with the JDBC4 spec.
ftracer is a simple user space implementation of a Linux kernel style function tracer. It allows you to trace every call in instrumented user applications. It is useful for debugging and performance analysis due to its fine grained time stamp. This allows you to do control flow oriented debugging without any special instrumentation. So if the program does something unexpected, it's easily possible to look at the function calls before that, and use that to deduce the cause of the problem. ftracer relies on gcc generating a call on top of every function call. The tracing slows every function call down (about 3x). The tracing is per thread and does not create a global bottleneck. It supports a dump function in C, directly callable by the program or on exit, and a gdb function to dump from gdb.
printformPdf is a wrapper for the TCPDF class that allows you to documents from a PDF template by populating it with user data. It has features for printing "data grids" and repeating data on the page (which is useful for business cards, for example) and drawing bar codes, QR codes, polygons, and images from source picture files etc. Data priniting parameters (position, font name/size, color, rotation) can be saved in an XML configuration file.
pam_ttylog is a PAM module to log console output of a login shell. pam_ttylog takes an approach that makes a script-like environment in the PAM session section of /bin/login. Thus, the log files are in a user-unreachable directory and have user-unreadable/unwritable permissions. As PAM module, it doesn't need to modify or replace the original /bin/login, getty, telnet, or libraries for its installation and operation.
Django REST framework is a lightweight REST framework for Django that aims to make it easy to build well-connected, self-describing RESTful Web APIs. It creates self-documenting Web APIs that include a Django admin style frontend. It has a modular, flexible architecture using Django's class based views. API creation can be as simple as adding a couple of lines to urls.py.
