AntiJOP is an anti-malware solution that recodes assembly language to remove JOP attack gadgets. JOP attacks on x86 often hinge on the availability of 0xFF bytes in preexisting code, which can be co-opted to serve as register-indirect call instructions. AntiJOP removes instances of 0xFF bytes that may exist, for example, in immediate values, MOD/RM bytes, etc.
copy is general copy program with features not found in the standard "cp" program. Some of the features are borrowed from the DOS copy command, including a copy and rename, plus append copy. Copy was created to support rsync and mirror local directories while preserving timestamps.

retty is a utlity that can attach to processes running on another terminal. This is useful, for example, when you run an application locally and then decide you want to use that running application from some remote location. You can run retty on it, do your work, and detach application back again. Its advantage over screen is that you don't have to run the processes on retty in advance.
