Subsurface is a dive log program. The user can download dive information directly from a large number of supported dive computers. Subsurface is able to track multi-tank dives with air, Nitrox, or TriMix, weights and exposure protection used, dive masters, and dive buddies, and allows the user to rate dives and provide additional dive notes. It calculates a wide variety of statistics of the user’s diving and calculates and tracks information like SAC rate or OTU. Subsurface allows the user to print out a detailed log book including dive profiles and other relevant information.
LDAP Authentication Plugin for MySQL (auth_ldap) is an authentication plugin for MySQL Server. It allows you to create SQL users which are going to be authenticated using an LDAP server. This minimizes administrative duties, since your users will be able to reuse their existing accounts to access the database. The plugin requires MySQL 5.5.7 and up. It is compiled as an add-on, and does not require you to alter MySQL source code or recompile the entire server. The plugin adds support for LDAP using the openLDAP library.

Mokka (MOtion Kinematics and Kinetics Analyzer) is a software solution for analyzing biomechanical data. It reads and writes C3D files and many other file formats, and allows you to visualize marker trajectories in 2D and 3D, and force platforms, segments, joint angles, forces, moments, and analog signals like EMGs.
Biomechanical ToolKit (BTK) is a cross-platform library for biomechanical analysis. It can read and write a large variety of file formats used in biomechanics, and can modify them. All these operations can be done with the C++ API or with the wrappers included (Python, Octave, and Matlab). The goal of this project is to help the community share data without the restriction of the file format or the biomecanical model provided by the manufacturer of the acquisition system.
MiniMagAsm is minimalistic, but powerful and flexible content management system (CMS). It is a rewrite of MiniMag in assembly language (FASM). As expected, it is a very small and very fast Web application. It has a flexible architecture and is highly customizable by the user without the need for the code to be changed and recompiled. The system uses .txt files to store articles, formatted with a lightweight markup language which is very similar to Markdown. MiniMagAsm is portable CGI application which runs on Windows or Linux Web hosting.
