Biomechanical ToolKit (BTK) is a cross-platform library for biomechanical analysis. It can read and write a large variety of file formats used in biomechanics, and can modify them. All these operations can be done with the C++ API or with the wrappers included (Python, Octave, and Matlab). The goal of this project is to help the community share data without the restriction of the file format or the biomecanical model provided by the manufacturer of the acquisition system.
cconstants is a library and a set of commandline utilities which allow the values of constants defined in C header files to be queried outside the C preprocessor. This allows the values of these constants to be queried from programming languages other than C, on systems without the C preprocessor installed, and on systems on which the header files defining these constants are not available.
WiredTiger is an extensible platform for data management. Its storage engine is optimized for high-throughput, big data applications. It can be configured for write-optimized (row-store) or read-optimized (column-store) access, as well as a hybrid of both. It separates the on-disk and in-memory representations of data, leading to a simpler, more compact file format and a large block I/O tailored for modern storage systems.
Components 4 Java is a development tool for Java. It provides a framework to organize and separate different parts of code, and fills the gap between the class level and the library level as provided by the Java SE architecture. Additionally, you can organize your classes in well-separated and loosely coupled components. Those can be stuck together graphically into larger compositions. Finally, components and compositions will be distributed among Java archives as specified in assemblies.
