cexcept (pronounced "see except" in English) is a package providing a Try/Catch/Throw exception handling interface for ANSI C (C89 and subsequent ISO standards). It does not attempt to handle "real" exceptions like floating-point exceptions or addressing exceptions; it is intended as an enhanced user-friendly alternative to setjmp() and longjmp().
CfgTie is a package of Perl modules and tools. These make it easier to configure and maintain Unix computers. The idea is that just about everything in your machines environment can be operable through a single consistent interface. This is a set of tools that make many of the various configuration subsystem in your machine appear to be Perl variables of some sort.
cgi-util is a fast, easy to use C library for creating CGI programs. Functions are available for initialization (parsing), grabbing fields (by string, integer, double or boolean value), embedding HTML files, and more. It accepts both POST and GET request methods and has extensive error handling.
CGI::Application is a Perl framework intended to make it easier to create sophisticated, reusable Web-based applications. This module implements a methodology which can make Web software easier to design, easier to document, easier to write, and easier to evolve. CGI::Application builds on standard, non-proprietary technologies and techniques, such as the Common Gateway Interface and Lincoln D. Stein's excellent CGI.pm module. CGI::Application judiciously avoids employing technologies and techniques which would bind a developer to any one set of tools, operating system, or Web server.
cgic is an ANSI C-language library for the creation of CGI-based World Wide Web applications. cgic performs the following tasks: It parses form data, with browser correction, Transparently accepts both GET and POST form data, Handles line breaks in form fields in a consistent manner, Provides string, integer, floating-point, and single/multiple-choice functions to retrieve form data, provides bounds checking for numeric fields, loads CGI environment variables into C strings which are always non-null, and provides a way to capture CGI situations for replay in a debugging environment.
cgi_buffer is a group of libraries that may be used to improve performance of CGI scripts (and other content generation engines) in some circumstances by applying performance-enhancing HTTP mechanisms that are typically not supported by them. Currently, Perl, Python, and PHP4 are supported. The Python library may also be used as a wrapper around another CGI script.
ChemApp is a programming tool from the area of computational thermochemistry. It is a library consisting of a rich set of subroutines, based on the thermodynamic phase equilibrium calculation module of ChemSage. It permits the calculation of complex, multicomponent, multiphase chemical equilibria and their associated energy balances. ChemApp is available as object code for a wide range of platforms and as a shared library/DLL. ChemApp "light" is the free version of ChemApp, and although it is restricted in two ways compared to the regular version, it gives you almost the same functionality.
ClanLib is a cross-platform game SDK currently supporting Windows and Linux. It provides easy-to-use interfaces for 2D graphics, input, sound, resources, networking, GUI, OpenGL, and more. The goal is to provide a game SDK that does all the dirty work that all modern games need to implement anyway, thus making the game developer concentrate on the gameplay instead of reinventing the wheel over and over again.
