SerLooK is a KDE application for inspecting data going over serial lines. It can work as a binary terminal that sends and receives data through a defined port (Point to Point mode) and displays them on separate views. Each view can be configured to display data in hexadecimal, decimal, octal, binary, and raw ASCII. It is also possible to perform I/O through terminal emulation views and define a secondary port and monitor the traffic between two external hosts using a "Y" cable (Snooper mode).
KShutDown is an advanced shutdown utility for KDE. KMidimon monitors events coming from a MIDI external port or application via the ALSA sequencer, or Standard MIDI Files. It is especially useful if you want to debug MIDI software or your MIDI setup. Minirok is a small music player for the K Desktop Environment. As its name hints, it's modelled after Amarok, but with a reduced set of features. In particular, it is designed to cover all the needs and wishes of the author, leaving everything else out. The look and feel is almost identical to Amarok's, though. The main interface is a tree view of the filesystem, with a playlist that can only be populated via drag and drop. There is no collection built from tags, so it's targeted at people whose collections are already structured in a tree at the filesystem level. Searches can be performed both in the tree view and the playlist.

Katimon monitors and controls supported ATI graphics cards. It can monitor temperature, fan speed, GPU speed and memory speed. It can automatically control fan speed by monitoring the temperature. It can also act as an overclocking utility for cards that support it. This utility only works with the proprietary fglrx driver.
KMid2 plays MIDI and karaoke files to hardware MIDI devices or software synthesizers.
