BitNami Jenkins Stack is an easy-to-install distribution of the Jenkins application. It includes pre-configured, ready-to-run versions of Tomcat and Java, so users can get a Jenkins installation up and running in minutes after answering a few questions. Jenkins, previously known as Hudson, is a continuous integration server. Built with Java, it provides over 400 plugins to support building and testing virtually any project. It supports SCM tools including CVS, Subversion, Git, Mercurial, Perforce, and Clearcase, and can execute Apache Ant and Apache Maven-based projects, as well as arbitrary shell scripts and Windows batch commands. It can also monitor executions of remote tasks.
The aim of this project is to create a free (open source, OS independent) remake of the classic SSI game Imperialism. While the spirit and many concepts of the original should be preserved, it should not become a pure copy but advance the concept in a sense that modern elements of strategic games are included, e.g. of the Civilization series. The game is written in Java using Swing for the user interface. The philosophy is to keep it as simple as possible, use standard/well tested libraries wherever possible and to demand clean, understandable code.
Visualization of Protein Ligand Graphs (VPLG) uses a graph-based model to describe the structure of proteins on the super-secondary structure level. A protein-ligand graph is computed from the atomic coordinates in a PDB file and the secondary structure assignments of the DSSP algorithm. In this graph, vertices represent secondary structure elements (SSEs, usually alpha helices and beta strands) or ligand molecules, while the edges model contacts and relative orientations between them. The graphs can be visualized, written to a database, and saved in a text-based file format.
OpenUDID provides a cross-platform method for generating globally unique per-device identifiers. UDIDs are used for analytical or CRM purposes, such as to track how much time users spend in free apps before upgrading to the paid version, or for tracking the source of a download when advertising on an ad network.
