The j661 project provides a generic CDS (or ARINC 661 Server) in order to facilitate the understanding of the ARINC 661 standard, prototype ARINC 661 concepts and architectures, and facilitate the reuse of ARINC 661 specifications and artefacts between projects. The CDS architecture is designed to allow defining the Server behavior to be easily modified or extended. This is achieved by a modular plug-in architecture, allowing customization at runtime without changing anything in the Server core itself.
P6Spy is an open source framework for applications to intercept and log database statements. The P6Spy distribution includes P6Log, which intercepts and logs the database statements of any application that uses JDBC. This application is particularly useful for developers to monitor the SQL statements produced by EJB servers, enabling the developer to write code that achieves maximum efficiency on the server. P6Spy is designed to be installed in minutes and requires no code changes.
Jolokia is a fresh way of accessing JMX MBeans remotely. It is different from JSR-160 connectors, as it is an agent based approach that uses JSON over HTTP for its communication. It provides new features for JMX remoting: bulk requests allow for multiple JMX operations with a single remote server roundtrip, there is a fine-grained security mechanism for restricting JMX access on specific JMX operations, JSR-160 proxy mode, and history tracking, to name a few. Jolokia's origins are in jmx4perl. Client bindings in addition to Perl have already been added, and more are planned.

Apache uimaFIT provides Java annotations for describing UIMA components which can be used to directly describe the UIMA components in Java code without the need for traditional UIMA XML descriptors. This greatly simplifies refactoring a component definition (e.g., changing a configuration parameter name). It also makes it easy to instantiate UIMA components without using XML descriptor files by providing convenient factory methods. It is ideal for testing UIMA components because the component can be easily instantiated and invoked without requiring a descriptor file to be created first.

EnumBitSet is a small project offering more functionality with enum types in Java. It is useful if you want to store a set of enums in a single database field. A toLong() method can be used it there are not more than 64 elements in the enum type, or toBigInteger() for enum types of any size.
Google Map GPS Cell Phone Tracker allows you to track Android, iOS, Windows Phone, and Java ME cellphones using Google Maps. It has two parts, a server and phone clients. You have a choice of two servers, using asp.net and SQL server or PHP and MySQL. The server software allows you to view cellphone locations in realtime using Google Maps and store routes and view them later. The client applications send their locations to the website periodically. All four applications work properly in the background and are written natively on each platform.
