RPG Next Gen Editor is a lightweight RPG editor solely based on the Eclipse platform. It has some basic plugins which among other things provide a tree view on the QSYS filesystem, an RPG editor, Compile Result view, Spooled File view, and editor. The focus of the editor is on small size and speed. The goal for this project is a feature-complete RPG (programming language on the IBM System i platform) free-format editor that can be used to develop small- to mid-sized projects.
EMF Validation Builder is an Eclipse plugin that automates the validation process at the time of saving. This means that resource problem markers are up to date as soon as you save your model. A dependency table is maintained, which allows the validation process to be re-run when necessary. In particular, the tool can be directly used with ECore model files.
DBeaver is a universal database manager and SQL Client. It supports MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, Sybase, Mimer, HSQLDB, SQLite, Derby, and any database that has a JDBC driver. It is a GUI program that allows you to view the structure of a database, execute SQL queries and scripts, browse and export table data, handle BLOB/CLOB values, modify database meta objects, etc. It has a native UI (provided by the Eclipse SWT library), great performance, and relatively low memory consumption.
