This is an Eggdrop mod that I wrote out of boredom; basically it is MegaHAL that has been altered to use the Eggdrop's I/O routines. It is in development, and although it has been running on my bot for over 10 days now with no problems, it is not guaranteed.

MoxQuizz is a multilingual IRC quiz/trivia script for eggdrops which acts as a game master. A question is posted to the channel, and all chatter is searched for the answer. If something matches an answer or an optional regular expression, the user who said it receives a point. Highscores and an allstars table are managed. Users can ask their own questions, too. A large set of German and English questions are provided, but you can easily run MoxQuizz with your own set. There are numerous fun commands like !hug, !roll, and others.

NeoStats provides unique services to IRC via loadable modules. It does not provide the traditional NickServ/ChanServ services, but instead provides services like "HostServ", which can automatically set a user's virtual host upon logging onto a IRC network, or "StatServ", which can provide detailed statistics about the network, individual servers, or channels, and produce an HTML page. It also includes a number of "Fun" services and services to assist IRC operators. Its API allows developers to extend it via C or Perl.

NetHirc is a bad pun and a Net::IRC client. It is terminal-based, and it comes with many silly Nethack-inspired messages. NetHirc is very modular and extensible; if you know Perl, you can customize NetHirc, and reload your changes while it's running. If you don't know Perl, you can still customize all the messages and mold the client to look like you want it. If you've become frustrated with other IRC clients that have nasty scripting languages and take themselves too seriously, then NetHirc could be your ticket to enjoying IRC again.
