rxvt-unicode is a clone of the well known terminal emulator rxvt, modified to store text in Unicode and to use locale-correct input and output. It also supports mixing multiple fonts at the same time, including Xft fonts, real transparency, and an optional embedded Perl interpreter that allows you to extend your terminal easily.
The TMX Localization Editor allows for the viewing, editing, and saving of localization data in the TMX open standard. Based on locale4j and written in Java/Swing, it is a quick and useful tool for localizing applications. Currently, the editor implements the TMX 2.0 draft specification.
Kumulate gives a graphical overview of progress on a tree of translation (.po) files. For each one, as well as showing the actual statistics, it will show a box: the horizontal (left-right) axis is a color-coded representation of progress on the translation, and the vertical (up-down) axis represents the relative size of the module or file.
Konjugator helps with learning or interpreting verb forms in Welsh. It produces a list of around 200,000 inflected verb forms for almost 4,000 Welsh verbs, along with English glosses and parsing information. It attempts to conjugate Welsh verbs that are unknown to it, and will give parsing details for random Welsh verb forms if these are known to it.
