PHP Shell is a shell wrapped in a PHP script. It's a tool you can use to execute arbiritary shell-commands or browse the filesystem on your remote Web server. This replaces, to a degree, a normal telnet-connection. You can use it for administration and maintenance of your Web site using commands like ps, free, du, df, and more.
mrepo (formerly known as Yam) builds a local APT/Yum RPM repository from local ISO files, downloaded updates, and extra packages from RHN (Red Hat Network) and 3rd party repositories. It takes care of setting up the ISO files, downloading the RPMs, configuring HTTP access, and providing PXE/TFTP resources for remote installations. It was primarily intended for doing remote network installations of various distributions from a laptop without the need for CD media or floppies, but is equally suitable for an organization's centralized update server.

Web Domain Manager is a script to automate setting up and deleting domains from a server. It uses a backend script that runs every minute from cron, checks a MySQL database for updates, and installs or deletes domains from the server as needed. There are three frontends for this script: administrator, reseller, and end user. They can be used to administer a server or server farm, or a user can make small changes to his own domain. This script is made to work with Apache, PHP, and qmail with vpopmail.
