JClaim is an instant message client, tools, and development framework. It supports AIM, ICQ, Yahoo!, MSN, Jabber, Google Talk, and SMS. The framework can be used for designing your own tools. The UI includes spell checking and a lot more. A Web interface is included for remote access.
licqweb is a Web frontend for licq. It interfaces with the Remote Management Service plugin and uses AJAX to provide real-time communication. ImageIM is a plugin for Gaim that lets buddies send screenshots to each other via HTTP. Users can simply click the ImageIM button, select a portion of the screen, and then send their buddy the image. If the buddy doesn't have ImageIM, they will receive a link pointing them to the image.

Laffer is capable of exchanging text messages, contact list visualization, presence status visualization, and getting information about the user. No file, audio, or video exchange is supported at the moment.
